Strive For Balance

One of the often heard words in today’s fast pace world
Every second person talks about efforts to strike the right balance
It could be between time spent on personal & professional space
It could be between personal dreams & ambitions and choice of one’s pace

The Conflict starts when Expectations fail to converge with personal reality
The Challenge persists since one is not wired to go beyond conditioned mentality
The Fear from within to handle uncertainty and manage the ever dynamic change
The Comfort of staying in one’s zone sustains a life that forever remains within range

The perennial question of who sets the ball rolling to start impacting change
The desire that one demonstrates to have external factors rearrange
The resistance from self to adapt and let go of conditioned habits
The lack of resilience and giving up when one sees self down in the pits

The external factors can only have a limited influence in the process of soul cleansing
The search within may provide clues to prune influences that no longer hold any meaning
The courage to let go patterns that binds one to a captive existence
The desire to create a new future that may be unseen in the Universal lens

The process as always starts with taking baby steps
Observing and learning from Nature can provide useful tips
There is no need to rush the process without complete consent
Life is a gift and one needs to acknowledge this big present

It always helps to communicate one’s plans to relevant stakeholders
Their contribution may play a critical role in reshaping your future
Nurture the sprout of your vision and live every moment with passion
It would not be long when Clarity will beckon and gone will be the eternal Confusion!

Well, you summed up the current state of my mind and the choices I have made in the recent past to make this very thing happen. You already know it, right?

And...can you get the MBA slang out please? After a long hard day's work, coming to your site the last thing I would like to land upon his MBA jargon (stakeholders in this case) :):)
