Let go the past, Embrace the New

One may have too much attachment to the memories that binds you to familiarity of the past
One may have many questions and fears to embrace a new future that you are not aware of
One may be facing a bitter experience in the present moment that may have put life on hold
One needs to trust in evolution and look at your growth from a baby to your current mould

One may be afraid to let go of current relations that does not provide space for new creation
One may be afraid to go beyond current responsibility fearing to get caught by new liability
One may be afraid to experience life in new geographies letting loose imagined catastrophes
One may be afraid to revisit your philosophy of life and prefer to go on with beliefs formed

One may lack courage to confront the truth and accept reality as it reveals in present form
One may lack maturity to look beyond the short-term needs that may build up to a storm
One may lack self-awareness to understand your true purpose beyond living societal norms
One may avoid taking up the hard work required to create life anew & start life as a new born

One needs to look at Mother Nature around us to enable us to make an unemotional choice
One just needs to look at change of seasons that is accepted by all creation with equal poise
One needs to adapt be it choice of season to breed or prospect locations for survival and feed
One needs to align to the dynamic energies of the Universe to avoid a life that seems a curse

One can ill-afford to be caught in the past and live on with memories unpleasant or enjoyable
One needs to stay in the present to savour its beauty totally than just imagine life as in a fable
One needs to visualize a future that you can paint on an open canvass beyond present existence
One needs to embrace new patterns and choices rather than have to face a life of repentance!

Change, accepting and embracing change and adapting to it as we go by is always difficult. We are conditioned to cling on to the known past rather than challenge ourselves to foray into the unknown (and often times uncertain) future.

The road less traveled is not for the faint heart. Courage, conviction, dare and an exploratory mind with the full understanding of the potential downsides helps the brave hearts embrace new and unknown.

A journey of unknowns as much as it creates an imbalance in an individual's life; it is nevertheless exhilarating and enriching. The ones that go down this road will always have plentiful stories to tell and wisdom to pass.

Many a time people wait for a better moment to act/adapt that minimizes their sense of discomfort. Many a time this response is also matched equally by a later sense of regret.

It is better to take charge, have a sense of purpose and clarity and have the courage to take decisions. I am not suggesting that people should not plan. Yet, one can't take endless time only for planning and many an incident requires you to think on your feet!

Yes one may face failures should things not go as desired. One should learn from those experiences and move on in life. One should never get bound by past incidents, they should only act as a guide where required, but not the chain that constantly pulls you back.

My view is many people spend time to improve their fitness levels, many spend time to present a better exterior, yet the need (in this case change) is to spend time on mental cleansing. Let go of the Past, Embrace the New, the challenges may not be few, but the joy equals the sight of the season's first drops of dew!

Have tried to be like you :-) Have a nice weekend.
