Thought to Action

If only we had a ready formula to provide the connect between thought and action
One may not have to actively indulge in random acts of unfocused live experimentation
One may argue that it helps one avoid monotony and contributes to healthy interaction
The ones at the receiving end are the only ones who can truly judge the impact of stagnation

One may use logic and have an action plan to prepare a project plan for implementation
One may indulge in scenario planning and demonstrate competence in future orientation
One may use various assessment tools in one’s desire to ensure the right people selection
One may work on perceived gaps in behaviour and ensure the right levels of motivation

Then why does it happen that many a time there is a variance between result and expectation
Then why does it happen that many a time failure to achieve results ends up in desperation
Then why does it happen that various personalities get targeted for variety of fault fixation
Then why does it happen that people expose a reality that reflects a different self realization

One’s inner resilience gets tested in trying times when you initiate changes in your world
One’s patience gets tested when you fluctuate between joy and desperation within your herd
One’s decisions gets evaluated in light of new people dynamics who continue to play hard
One’s conscience gets tested in context of remaining consistent despite change of old guard

Many a time it may help if one is focused on the final outcome in light of change in direction
Many a time it may help if one remains calm and composed despite high levels of frustration
Many at time it may help if one retains sanity despite facing varied environment pollution
Many a time it just requires you to practise silence and consciously avoid any form of self expression!

"One may not have to actively indulge in random acts of unfocused live experimentation"

I wonder if it's sometimes good to engage in such random acts of unfocused live experimentation. Out of uncertainty and chaos clarity and order blossom out. Maybe a wishful thinking...:):) Given that's what I am engaging in right now, I would probably find reasons to support such an argument...:):)

Yes, there is no harm in indulging oneself in unfocused experimentation. You may never know what you are/could be good at unless you try.

The challenge happens when we have limited time and we are faced with constraints in operating within a set environment. How much flexibility you have to yet continue to experiment may require you to stretch your limits while balancing your current needs.

Hey, my own example is a living proof of that. I never knew that I could manage to pen down my thoughts and some persistence and encouragement from friends have made me record a century of poems this calendar year! I will be the last person to say that never experiment with the status quo!
