Playground

Life is a playground mirroring mixed experiences of cheer and tear
As we move along it sprouts energy molecules resembling cause and effect
One will always bump into the cameo appearances of temporary infatuation
As the hardened farmer knows weeds should not develop to weaken the foundation

As energies fluctuate keeping in context one’s state of mind
One’s limited beliefs is primarily responsible to tie one in a bind
Fear of the unknown may restrict an individual’s worldly mobility
Why does it happen that men learn on hindsight and forever remain in captivity?

Imagine your first time on the wily see-saw when you eventually uncovered your hidden flaw
Reflect back the times when your urge to win your marbles many a time ended up in a squabble
Wonder how you managed to balance your wobbly steps while playing amidst your broken chips
The jumping rope trick still leaves you gasping for breath and you again yearn for that airy fillip

Life resembles the chase where you play an eternal game of hide and seek
Life resembles the treasure that you discover when you play bandit and loot
Life throws opportunities galore as you answer to the call of dog and the bone
Life binds you in the eternal web yet urging you to find links to draw you out of the stink

As you aim to maximize your triple word score in the game of scrabble
It reflects back your skill in building your fortune amidst lots of uncovered rubble
As you master your moves and stealthily give chase to finally proclaim check mate
The twists and turns you face head on for the ultimate catch seems to deserve the wait!
